  • This study aims to determine the effect of the independent variable (transformational and transactional leadership styles) on employee job satisfaction on PT AZI-Specialty Team. And examine what independent variables between transformational and transactional leadership styles are more dominant influence on employee job satisfaction PT AZI-Specialty Team. Collecting data in this study conducted through questionnaires and interviews with employees of PT AZI Specialty Team. Data was collected using two questionnaires, namely Multiple Leadership Questionaire (MLQ) for the independent variable (transformational and transactional leadership style.) Minnesota Satisfaction Questionaire (MSQ) for the dependent variable (employee satisfaction). In validity tests found 1 item question trasformasional variables that are not valid and removed for further analysis. Respondents included in this study amounted to 32 respondents employees of AZI-Specialty Team. Data analyzed using multiple regression that shows the results, one of the strong influence of transformational and transactional leadership styles together with employee job satisfaction PT AZI-team specialy. Two, the absence of the influence of transformational and transactional leadership styles partially on employee job satisfaction PT AZI-team specialy.
