Research focused on relationship between employee performance and product performance to customersâ�� loyality. This research use MEAN from dimensions of employee performance, product performance and customersâ�� loyality which is related with manufacturing sector industry and non manufacturing sector industry. Result showed that employee performance and product performance has positive with customersâ�� loyality in Corporate Banking Group PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. This research found that effect of all dimension of employee performance and product performance is directly effect to customersâ�� loyality.
