- Background : In Indonesia, a disease category which caused by mosquito remained an important problem of social health such as malaria, dengue hemorrhage fever (DHF), and filariasis. The mosquito species which become a main vector commonly such as: Aedes sp, Culex sp, Anopheles sp and Mansonia sp. Aim: To know the mosquito fauna, bionomical and competency of mosquito vector Aedes sp, culex sp, Anopheles sp and Mansonia sp at Santu�un Village, the district of Muara Uya, Tabalong District. Method: Collecting mosquitoes used aspirator by Man Biting method. Mosquito discetion to find microfilaria, Immunohystochemical test, and ELISA test. Result: Cx.quinquefaciatus, Cx.tritaeniorhyncus, Cx pipiens and Cx.gelidus were ecxophagic, Cx.quinquefaciatus and Cx.tritaeniorhyncus actively bite at 19.00 � 20.00 o�clock by the rating 102,5 and 44,5 mosquitoes/person/night. An.umbrosus is endophagic, bite at 20.00-21.00 by rating 0,5 mosquito/person/night, An.nigerimus and An.kochi are ecxophagic. The peak biting rate An.nigerimus at 20.00-21.00 by rating 0,5 mosquito/person/night, An.kochi at 18.00-19.00 by rating 1,5 mosquito/person/night. Ae.albopictus was found at 18.00-19.00 by rating 2,5 mosquitoes/person/night, Man.bonea is ecxophagik, the peak moment to bite at 23.00-24.00 by rating 2 mosquitoes/person/night. The average temperature and humidity 26,14±0,30o and 94,60±0,48%. The resting place in morning of Culex sp. indoor. The breeding place on water puddle near a house, drum, old/unused vehicles, foot print of people, bath tank. Water temperature 25oC, pH 5,6 and salinity 0 per mil. It was not found the vector mosquito infected malaria, DHF, and filariasis. Conclusion: This research had found four mosquitoes genera, those are: Culex, Anopheles, Aedes and Mansonia, and not found the malaria vector, DHF and filariasis vector at Santu�un Village.
