- This study aims to analyze the distribution mechanism and the recipient cows and count the income of livestock farmers additional beneficiaries in the District Randangan Pohuwato District. Data used in this research is the primary data to data obtained through interviews with farmers who receive assistance as much as 54 respondents using questionnaires and secondary data obtained from relevant agencies. To determine the mechanism cow seen from 2 (two) aspects namely, 1). Mechanisms for allocating 2) terms - sayarat beneficiaries. using qualitative methods checked. The results of this study show that in Sub Randangan been implemented both at the level of compliance above 90 percent, and to measure the success of receiving assistance to cattle farmers cattle with check list method in accordance with general guidelines and guidelines from the Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Pohuwato District. To analyze the additional revenue Randangan Sub recipient cattle is done by using cross section data of budget amounts of data on income assistance cattle breeder cattle. This analysis uses income analysis (PD), ie, total revenue (TR) minus total cost (TC). From cattle ranchers calculate the additional revenue a month - average is Rp.579.777.00.
