- Indonesia�s large population with the high population growth rate has result in the increasing of waste volume. Consumption behavior of the citizen has result in the great diversity of generated wastes such as dangerous and non-biodegradable packaging wastes. As other common cities in Indonesia, Bandar Lampung has a growing urban area which keep growing from its central district to its suburban area which supported by mass transportation and lightning facilities. The development of the cities was characterized by with the growth of its residential districts although the urban characteristic of its suburban area seems unclear. The result of these developments has yield in more wastes produced. Up to now, wastes management by Bandar Lampung City Governance has done by transporting the wastes from its temporary disposal sites to the final disposal sites. As the city growth, the existing final disposal sites have become impossible to be used because of its inappropriateness to the environmental supporting facilities. From that, a new site which appropriate to the environmental supporting facilities is necessarily needed. Method used within this study consists of two phases
