- As self governing society in a unitarian form, The Nagari Government do not have hierarchy level between Sub District. From the law approach by Law No. 32 of 2004, there is a facilitating vector reationship and coordinating also controlling and organizing development between the Nagari Governance and The Sub District level. The restructing of work relationship between Nagari and Sub District and also the Head and the Chief administrator of it is effecting the fluency in governing principle. This research have done in Basa Ampek Balai Tapan Sub District with the theme � The Work Relationship between The Head of Sub District and Nagari to organize Nagari Governance�, that descripe at the work relationship of sub district and nagari authorities within the autonomi regulation in there. The research consist of descriptive method that draw out the fact from locus of research object with kualitatif approach. The data gathering technique is through depth interviews, Observation (observe) and documentation. From analysis, conclude that the work relationship between the head of Sub District and Nagari is not optimally organized, from it cause of lack in organizing. That were different perception among them about their authorities, low control from regency government and budget like �money follow function� must be. This research suggestion for the anlysis that The Regency Government should make up more legal and supporting aid for the work relationship between The head of Sub District and Nagari Government within The Law No. 32 of 2004 about Regency Government the efforts toward this should be responded.
