- This research aims to know the reason of Indonesian parliament to reject the ratification of the Defense Cooperation Agreement (DCA) Indonesia- Singapore based on the concept of Indonesia foreign policy. This research is a type of field research and the object of this research is the view of Indonesian parliament on Indonesia Foreign Policy and the reason of Indonesian parliament to reject the ratification of the Defense Cooperation Agreement (DCA) Indonesia-Singapore, therefore, the members of Indonesian parliament, particularly the Commission I (Period 2004 -- 2009) will be the subject in this research. This research used data source that includes primary and secondary data. Technically, for the primary data will be made to interview the members of Indonesian parliament, particularly the Commission I, and the Recap documents results of a commission I in accordance with DCA discussion. For secondary data will be referred to the books, journals, articles, magazines, newspapers and online media which is very closely related to the discussion of this research.
