- This observational study with cross sectional methode purposed on observing analgetic duration of 0,05 morphine adjuvants in Subarachnoid Block (SAB) with hyperbaric 0,5% bupivacaine in order to overcome 24 hours post Caesarean Section operations pain. The subjects were eighty six female patients who underwent Caesarean Section with Subarachnoid Block (SAB) regional anaesthesia in Dr. Sardjito Hospital emergency room, age ranged from 20 to 40 years old, American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) I and II physical status, duration of surgery less than 120 minutes, with body weight started between 40 to 70 kg, and height between 150 to 170 cms (BMI 17,5 to 24,5 kg/m 2 ).
