- The requirement of hygiene water in Surakarta city being increased, it could be showed by PDAM customer's increasing. Meanwhile water productivity decreased caused by several reasons. Nevertheless, instance yearly cost budget was limited. Otherwise PDAM Surakarta has to keep hygiene water service commitment, however instance has to guarantee water distribution which full fill water customer�s need. The problem declaration is how planned water distribution to destination occurred simultaneously, between water supply and customer demand among limited cost budget. It necessary to search out a decision for good water management which distribute water from several water sources to several destination (city). So that, computerize system with decision making support ability is needed. Further, decision support system (DSS) was designed to support water distribution management of PDAM This DSS, implement fuzzy integer transportation problem with fuzzy supply, fuzzy demand and fuzzy goal values expressed by fuzzy number. Transportation table used to facilitate interval values of supply and demand modeling. A special algorithm has to be used in order to obtain an integer optimal solution. Be side that, this problem distribution completion applies Vogel�s Approximation Method (VAM) approach to produce feasible solution.for total of distribution cost. Such system had recurred computation series stride until reached result was hunched as good solution. The system output is total distribution cost and total water distributed to each destinaton.
