- Analysis of information systems applied in the organization is useful to track how well the application works related with input, error rate, and timeline of processing and utilization of results. This study was purposed to analyze the implementation of management information systems in the pharmacy installation of DR. Moewardi hospital based on user satisfaction aspects using three parameters, i.e. system quality, information quality, and service quality. This is a qualitative and quantitative non-experimental research designed with case study. Samples were collected by purposive sampling technique where user information systems obtained from the end-user level up to decision makers in the pharmacy installation and information systems administrators. Questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive analysis, rank Kendall correlation analysis, and path analysis. Meanwhile, qualitative data were processed to produce complete transcript and to resume it to find out more in-depth user satisfaction. The results showed that the application of pharmacy information systems did not meet user expectations yet. System and service quality had been rated well by users. However, informations provided by system were still in less quality. In this recent state, information systems were incomplete and not yet relevant to the needs of pharmacy. In fact, correlation and path analysis results showed that the information quality correlated with user satisfaction about 0.449 (p < 0.05)and also had a major influence on user satisfaction about 0.402 (p < 0.05). In the meantime, it is known that the user satisfaction variable was the most influence about 0.688 (p < 0.05) on the benefits variable. Thus, information quality variable needs to get greater attention in terms of further improvement of information systems leading to user satisfaction and more benefits.
