- One of method that used to know development project of success product or fail by using The Logical Framework Analysis (LFA). method LFA is a instrument that used to conduct planning that orientation at project target. Method also applicable to analysises, assessment, and project evaluation. Intention of research is to identify factors of product development project successfulness at manufactur projects, and to know priority scale of product development project successfulness at manufactur projects. This Research has the character of descriptive qualitative, approach is qualitative conducted for getting the picture or information for periset on how (process), and why (meaning) something happens as the same manner as adanya This research data is obtained/got by conduct interview and give kuesioner at managers product development project Andi Offset, Diva Press, and Amara Books to conduct confirm result that obtained/got at interview. Research Result is project �product development project at Andi Offset, Diva Press and Amara Books are influenced success factors project. Success new product development project can be optimal if there is balance between five successfulness factors, that is: ( 1) support from executive, ( 2) project team, ( 3) innovation strategy, ( 4) internal factor, and ( 5) external factor. Priority scale for related to factors project is fund sufficiency/ project resources , have clear target, and scheduling that realistis. Priority scale for related to factors project manager is ability/interest, ability to conduct coordination, communication with other project member.
