- This study aims to analyze the Economic Growth (GDP), DAU, DAK, PAD and Local Taxes associated with local expenditure in the current year, as well as the influence of Economic Growth (GDP) t-1, DAUt-1, DAKt-1, PADt-1 and PJDt-1 against BDt with a lag of 1 year. Local expenditure area plays an important role in running the system of government is to increase public welfare and as a form of good governance. The sample used was the Regency / Municipality in Indonesia, which reported regularly Realization Report Regional Budget (APBD) from 2007 until 2009, not divided in the years 2007- 2009 as well as receive DAU and DAK. Based on these criteria, the sample used in this study is the 295 Regency / Municipality. The analysis tools are the Pearson correlation (Pearson Product Moment) for the association and the Simple Regression Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis for the effect. The results prove that the Economic growth (GDP), DAU, DAK, PAD and PJD positive association with the Local expenditure in the current year, and Economic Growth (GDP) t-1, DAU t-1, DAK t-1, PAD t-1 and PJD t-1 is significant factor for predicting the Local expenditure Budgets of local government Regency / Municipality in Indonesia.
