- This study aims to investigate and obtain empirical evidence of the success of internet banking on PT. BCA uses updated DeLone and McLean model. This is a test model of successful information technology system that is based on the processes and causal relationship of the dimensions of the model. The dimensions of this model is, quality systems, information quality, service quality, system usage, user satisfaction, and net benefits. And adding variables in the model of security and privacy of DeLone and McLean. The research method is quantitative methods which BCA survey method to customers who have used internet banking for more than five years. Where obtained 167 respondents from 235 existing customers. This study uses version 2.0 SmartPLS program assistance as a tool to test hypotheses in the study. The results of this study is to model the success of DeLone and McLean information systems fully Replaces empirically proven in the success of internet banking in PT.BCA.
