- The purpose of this study is to find out the optimum number of fresh cow flood adding to mango fruit substract for maximizing biogas volume and methane gas concentration. The study was conducted at a lab scale using a rector of 600 ml. Substrate volume was 440 ml with twelve different variations. Sample was made in three groups of mango fruit substrate composition, i.e. Sample A with 1% of Solid Volatile
