- Background: Good performance in learning process is determined by performance of lecturers as teaching staff. The performance of lecturers at the Department of Dental Health is currently not yet optimum. Some lecturers do not make teaching plan, some teach not in accordance with the syllabus, and some lack discipline in commencing and ending the class. Forty percent of lecturers are often late in submitting test questions and test result in both mid and final examination. Many factors affect discipline of lecturers, one of them is presumed to be associated with performance
