- Concerns about the depletion and high price of fuel oil (BBM) are increasing in recent years, hence the needs to convert underutilized biomass into alternative fuels are increasing. The pontential of biomass municipal waste and jathropha oil cakes in such is abundant, but has not been fully processed. The municipal waste and jathropha oil cakes can be converted into biobriquette via pyrolisis, which can be used as alternative fuel. Tar and tapioca adhesive were applied for the binder.
