- Inside a company, human resource management system is very important to support the company's going concern. Human resource management systems that work well will affect the employee satisfaction of companies that will ultimately help the company achieve the goals to be achieved. Human resource management system can be divided into several systems more narrow scope of the system of recruitment, training systems, performance appraisal systems and performance and compensation systems in which between one system with another system that works continuously and can�t be separated from one another.
