- Research on judicial review of concession agreement of the business of Gas Stasion which is made by Pertamina and the owner of Gas Stasion and based on Government Regulation No. 42 year 2007 about Franchise, describes a judicial review of a concession agreement of a business of Gas Stasion referring to the Government Regulation No. 42 year 2007 about Franchise. This research is a normative study. The research data are obtained through library research and field research. The purpose of the literature research which is conducted through documentary study, is to obtain secondary data. The primary data are obtained through field research using data collection techniques of direct communications. The form of the used direct communications was interviews. The research result shows that the concession agreement of the business of Gas Stasion is a new type of treaty or innominate agreement. Juridical consequences that must be done by Pertamina regarding to the concession agreement of the business of Gas Stasion which must accomplish the criteria of franchising agreement as well as stipulated in Government Regulation No. 42 year 2007 about Franchise are: 1. Making a business offering prospectus as stated in Article 9 of Government Regulation No. 42 year 2007 about Franchise
