- Evaluation is one important aspect that needed to know the success of the implementation of an information system. By performing the evaluation can also be used for further development. This study evaluates the Sistem Informasi Penyusunan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (SIPAPBD) in Sukoharjo using DeLone and McLean model that tests whether the quality system, quality information, and service quality has positive and significant impact on user satisfaction, to test whether the quality system, quality information, and user satisfaction has positive and significant effect on individual impact, and whether individuals have a positive impact and significant to impact the organization. This research was conducted with 96 respondents from the number of users SIPAPBD. Data collection instrument in the form of questionnaires and measured by Likert scale. A method of data analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the software SmartPLS. The test results using α = 0.05 indicates that the quality system has positive and significant impact on user satisfaction and individual impact, the quality of information has positive and significant impact on user satisfaction and individual impact, service quality does not significantly influence user satisfaction, user satisfaction and positive affect significant individual effects and individual effects have positive and significant impact of the organization.
