- The research under the title of Analysis of the Potency of Object and Natural Tourism Attractiveness at Natural Tourism Park of Klamono West Papua aimed to comprehend the natural potency such as flora, fauna, landscape, local traditional culture and to comprehend the tourism product in deciding the ecotourism development guideline at Sub district of Klomono, Sorong District, West Papua Province. The research used survey and interview method by using quantitative and qualitative approach. The data collection had been conducted by field observing, sample collection, interviewing to the respondents and recording as well as documentation on the field. The collecting of flora data conducted by partitioned lines system by purposive sampling and was analyzed by curve species area, while the fauna data collected by renaissance survey, and the landscape potency by scoring. The perception data of community was obtained by purposive sampling as much as 10%. The result indicated that The Area of Natural Tourism Forest of Klamono had highly multivariate of biota. The flora potency had been found about 52 species of commercial trees, 3 species of rattan, 11 species of palm, 7 species of pandanus, 5 species of bamboo, 13 species of orchid, 14 species of herb, 17 species of fern, 14 species of liana. While the fauna potency had been found about 40 species of birds, 12 species of mammal, 4 species of anuran, 7 species of reptile, 14 species of butterfly. The landscape potency included in B classification. Most of the people especially clan groups of the land owners agreed that the land to be the ecotourism area. The Development of Object and Attractiveness of Natural Tourism of Klamono could be implemented in potency development of tourism object, spatial planning, and increasing of the community participation actively.
