  • Background: International Emergency Public Health Concern (PHEIC) is included as health risk which do not have serious intention. This is a strct supervision toward one of the causes of diseases into a country. This should referred to the standart of procedure that suitable with certain area. Objective: this research was aimed to evaluate the implementation of transportation traffic control based on the standartd (Regulation of sea quaranteen no 1 year 1962, Regulation of Ministry of health no 425 year 2007, the procedure operational standard of activity of port health office in the country entrance). Method: This was an evaluation research that used descriptive qualitative method with case study design. The research subject was organizer and decision maker of supervision on the ship entrance from abroad in the health office of port class II Ambon and shipping agent which always related wit program implementation. Result: Previous research showed that there was a limitation on number and qualification of human resources although the program still running by utilizing the existing human resources, equipment and and tool which were not complete so that the equipment used was insufficient. There was officerâ��s inobedience in implementing some points of the program that was based on the existing technical guidance. Work evaluation on the working culture was not yet periodically implemented and employeeâ��s orientation was not included in the program orientation. Conclusion: The program should be implemented with support from resources, facilities and reward
