- This thesis purpose to research China�s response as the bigest of world iron and steel exporter and the second bigest iron and steel exporter to U.S response U.S iron and steel protection policy in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 This is a deskriptive qualitative reserch. The collecting data process be done by literature study which consist of seraching, collecting, and analize informations from article, magazine, journal, news paper, and website. Every data be selected to support research arguement or hipothesis. To response U.S�s iron and steel protection policy, China retaliate that policy with prohibite consume U.S�s iron and steel product in its goverment infrastructure project. The other response be taken by China is diversificate its iron and steel export to Southeast Asian Countries which have dependent on iron and steel import to supply its domestic market.
