- This research objective is to factors that influence asset optimization Mercado Municipal Dili Timor-Leste Government Property. Also the research applied purposive sampling method to collect 40 responder. There were 3 Variables: inventarisation, legal aspects and valuation. All dependent variables are measured on five point Likert Scale . The approach is based on descriptive statistic and Spearman Rank correlation. The research output showed Spearman rank correlation represented positive relationship between among inventarisation (0.550), legal aspects (0.348) and valuation (0.345). The research results represented that asset management optimalization is positive influenced inventarisation, legal aspects and asset valuation.
