- The main aims of research are, to understand the role�s of Farmer�s Coordination Forum of Secondary Irrigation Canal of Sendang Pitu in completion of the water using conflict between paddy�s farmer and fish�s farmer and to analys the satistfaction level of the both of farmer group regarding role of the Forum. Research has used analytical descriptive carried out with mixed method. For the research with qualitative approach depth interviewed has been done for 10 informants and quantitative aprroach has been done with filled out the questioner by 30 farmers whom members of the Forum. The result of research are show, conflict between paddy�s farmer group and fish�s farmer group two major factors which were debit of secondary Canal of Sendang Pitu was decreased and the lack role of Sendang Pitu farmer group in facilitated the communication between farmers. The successful of the Forum was supported by forum role�s as a facilitator and as interpersonal communication of members in that Forum. With these role�s, both of the farmer group satisfied to Forum performance as facilitator.
