- Lombok International Airport Development in West Nusa Tenggara is one of the national policy that aims to address problems and opportunities in the West in particular. That requires the commitment and consistency of the government apparatus for implementing the construction of International Airport in accordance with objective and timely manner. The issue is quite serious in Lombok International Airport development is about the accuracy of the processing time that has taken that long and should be resolved by the government of West Nusa Tenggara. This study aims to determine what factors are affecting the implementation of the policy. The research method used by researchers in this study is a qualitative approach. The research location is in West Nusa Tenggara Particularly in the Provincial Government of West and Central Lombok. In this study the data source used is the source of primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data sources in the form of documentation and observation. Based on research results is seen that the government's coordination with partners perceived as less than optimal, one of which is when the parliament as one of the devices in the area are less involved in the planning process Lombok International Airport development. The fundamental problem is about funding the increase of Rp.137 billion or by 1.20% which is caused by the error calculation specifications of work performance. On one side of the airport is not fully accept the existence of injustice caused by the government and partners in providing externalities to the community around the airport. Besides the technical feasibility study airport issues should be a concern of all parties in order to support the safety factors in airlines in Lombok International Airport. This research suggested that all aspects to be addressed properly in order to achieve the agreed objectives. In addition, the soft opening can be carried out in accordance with a predetermined time and not back down anymore.
