- Research on the analysis of the impact of seaweed production inputs assistance to the seaweed farmer incomes in Sub Tilamuta Boalemo District in 2009 was aimed to analyze the factors that affect Seaweed Production in Sub Tilamuta Boalemo District and Production Facility Analyzing the impact of aid on income of seaweed farmers in sub Tilamuta Boalemo District. The data required in this study are primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained through interviews with seaweed farmers who receive and who do not receive assistance seaweed production facilities from the Department of Fisheries and Marine Gorontalo province as many as 40 people by using questionnaires that have been provided. Secondary data collected from several sources ie govermen offices / receverant goverment offices. The analytical tool used to analyze the factors that influence the production of seaweed cultivation is a multiple linear regression. Dependent variable is the production Seaweed (PRL) / Area (LA), while the independent variable is the total area (LA), number of seeds (JBBT) / LA, tools (PRT) / LA, Labor (TK) / LA, Experience (P) / LA and dummy (help production facilities). Then analyzed with the method of Ordinary Least Square (OLS). To determine the impact of production inputs assistance to farmers income using a different test analysis two the average is by comparing income Seaweed farmers who receive and who do not receive assistance from local production facilities through the Department of Fisheries and Maritime Province of Gorontalo. From the results of analysis of the factors that influence the production of seaweed cultivation is obtained with α = 0.05 R2 = 0.957137, with t-count each: Total Area = 3.769158, number of seeds = 1.978268, equipment = 0.276076, Workers Work = 0.793598, Experience = 0.304938, dummy (help production facilities) = 0.197775 and F-count 122.8158; t-table = 1.684 and F-table = 2.34. Individually the use of production factors Area, the number of seed showed a positive and significant influence on the production of seaweed. The simultaneous use of production factors Area, the number of seeds, tools, manpower, experience and the dummy indicate a significant impact on seaweed production. In nominal net income of seaweed farmers who Receives larger and significant relief compared with revenues of seaweed farmers who do not receive assistance seaweed production facilities in the District Tilamuta Boalemo District indicate not statistically significant.
