- Empathicsupportspousesisimportantforpregnantwomen�sbecauseitcanimprovethepsychologicalwell-being.Generally,empathicsupportspousesisneededineverystateinthefamily.Empathicsupportfromspousesprogramrequireactiveparticipationfrommemberofthecommunity.Multilevelfacilitatingwillbeintroducedtothecommunityasanewmethodthatcanincreasetheiractiveparticipationinthisprogram.ThepurposeofthisstudywassSuamiPEKAasamultilevelfacilitatingprogramincommunitycanincreasetheempathicsupporthusbandonthefamilyespciallyhispregnantwife..Subjectsofthisstudyiscoregroupsconsisitedofsixhealthpersonnelmenanddownlinersgroupconsistedoffivepregnantwomenhusband�sandsixstkeholderinthecommunity.Coregroupswillteach6x2down-linersinthecommunity.Theinstrumentuseinthisstudyarefacilitatingskillscaleandempathicsupporthusbandscale.Researchdesignusedwasonegrouppretestandposttestdesign.ResultshowedthatSuamiPEKAtraining,canmadebehaviorchangeofhusband�sandmultilevelfasiltatingcanbeappliedinthecommunity.
