- Right handling to patient in recovery period after major surgery was one of the most important factor in the all of treatment. Based on diagnosis and vital sign of patient can be made a medical decision, an advanced action to handle the patient. By using back propagation neural networks can be made a system to forecast medical decision to patient. After learning process, system can give decision to patient. The result of testing show that the system can forecast medical decision to 80% from 15 testing data
