- The objective of the research is to investigate the application of good behavior s requirement in the provision of a remission for the prisoner. and to review the efforts to avoid a mis-use of authority by officials in the pemasya,:akatan institution in the provision of remissions for the prisoner. The research was undertaken through a library review and interviews and secondary data collection of the remission provision form and the F registration list. Using descriptive qualitative method. the research found that (1) the requirement for a good behavior in its implementation should be fulfilled by the prisoner as a basis to the institution to propose a provision of remissions
