- The research aims at identifying the implementation of the provision of facilities for people's business credit at the BRI branch of Surakarta and identifying the forms of legal protection for creditors in case of non performing loans in KUR. The research belongs to empirical juridical research include primary data that the writer obtained from the respondents, who are the account officers of BRI as the party directly involved in the provision of KUR, while secondary data are obtained through studying library materials related to the problems discussed in the research.
