- The objectives of this research are 1) to identify the potential impact of sodal disaster resulted from home and small industries, 2) to identify the perseption, aspiration, and expectation of communities nearby the indusrial sites and 3) to recomend social disaster preparadness policy. The study was caried out trough focus group discussion and structured interview. The impact of industries waste can be identified trough the health condition, the people demand to protect the river. The major conflict took place in the central industrial area. The local goverment should protect the rivers from polution, therefore all kinds of conflict could be avoided.
