  • Ecology Hero Project or abbreviated as ECORO Project appears as a simulation model of manufacturers of plastic waste recycling from the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Industrial Engineering program which aims to convert plastic waste into products that have economic value. However, the plastic recycling process on ecoro project still shows an abnormal work posture and can cause operators to experience Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDs). This study aims to provide a proposal for a plastic injection machine prototype on the ECORO Project through ergonomic analysis in accordance with the operator's posture to reduce complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The results showed that there were 4 body parts categorized as "very sick" and 9 parts of the body categorized as "sick" according to the Analysis of Nordic Body Map (NBM). Proposals in the form of injection machine prototypes showed that there were no "very sick" and "sick" categories from the Nordic Body Map (NBM) analysis. The proposed prototype can be stated to be more ergonomic and can reduce the risk of Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDs) because it has a lower value than the actual design based on the results of the Nordic Body Map (NBM)
