- Abstract The increasing of population and demand of electricity doesn 't fit with the supply of electricity. Un-equilibrium situation for electricity causes trouble in economic development since electricity is one important components in industry world. If this situation continuous, it would threaten our nation's economic prosperity so that, energy security is definitely needed.
