- Swing device is the main component of excavator,it has function to swing upper structure of excavator which it’s driven by swing motor. Swing device will decreases rotation swing motor but it increases torque so that excavator can rotate. If swing device doesn’t work properly problems will disturb performance of excavator.There are many operational problems of swing device which causes many damages on inner parts of swing device. The problems and damageds could be minimalized by apply proper maintenance of swing device like cleaning before reassembling it. The important things keep cleaning and replacing of the swing device oil and all the support tools and also the work area should be clean.
