- Background: One of the strategies to enhance the independence of Hasan Sadikin Public Hospital (RSHS) is giving autonomy to the units to manage their services. The Employee Cooperation Dispensary of Hasan Sadikin Public Hospital (AKP RSHS) is one of the unit in RSHS.The Units can improve their quality continuously if they know their performance. Balanced scorecard is a comprehensive performance measurement which has 4 perspectives, namely: customer, internal process, profit, and learning process Objective: The objective of this study was to evaluate the AKP RSHS in the 4 perspectives of balanced scorecard. Method: This study was designed as explorative and descriptive study. The data gathering was done by observation, survey and in depth interview with the Head of AKP RSHS. The data was analyzed descriptively. Result: The study result showed :1) performance in learning perspective process: productivity level 89,78 %, employee motivation had 3 categories
