- This research objective is to answer the problem related to the arrangement of on line contract and the legally of on line contract based on the contract legal condition which regulated by Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (ICUH Perdata). Research of on line contract in e-commerce business transaction is a research of normative law that covers research of law principals, elements, and the framework that related to on line contract in e-commerce business transaction. This research is more focused on library research, which means more deeply analyzing secondary data collected. Sample of on line contract in e-commerce business transaction determined based on purposive sampling. The research findings show that on line contract is a new form of contract as a result of developing technology which is composing by internet (international and interactive network). The forming process of on line contract offer a form of trading web site that continued with the manner of acceptance which made by trading web site. The manner of acceptance must followed by consumer to accept the offer. The acceptance of the offer is time of on line contract created. On line contract is legal and forceable as long as contract legal condition which regulated by Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUH Perdata) has been met. Keywords: Contract, On line, E-commerce
