- , In this paper realization algorithms for system over a completely integrally closed Bezout domain and over a principal ideal domain are described. The first algorithm is done using Silverman's formulas and the second is done using the Smith form or a modified Hermite form. Application to systems over the integers and delay differential systems are discussed.
