- Structural confirmation of the blue-greenish fluorescent coenzyme 5-deazaflavin, which was isolated from Saccharopolyspora erythraea, was done using 2D(13C-1H)-NMR Spectrometric analysis with broadband -decoupled pattern and HETCOR-COSY program. All cross-peaks found in the 2D-spectra showed correlation between Sc and 45,5 of the 5- deazaflavin coenzyme. The results confirmed that the structure of 5-deazaflavin coenzyme is 7,8-didemethy1-8-hydroxy-5- deazaflavinyl-N-10-ribityl-oxyphosphiryl-lactyl-glutamyl-glutamic acid.
