- Indo Mobil Company is one of the famous automobile manufacturer in Indonesia, Suzuki is one of their automobile and motor products. In the year of 2005, The Indo Mobil installed the automatic equipment , these are the industrial robot. In this case, we want to explain about Yasukawa Motoman Robot , which use in the APV Suzuki assembling. Motoman ES 165 is used for welding of the APV assembling. The controller of the ES 165 is Yasnac 1,2C. The Main part of Yasnac XRC are Servo Pack, CPU Rack and Programming Pendant. Programming Pendant is a equipment to control and program for the robot. How to programming the robot is very easy ones with that Pendant (examples). Accuracy and presicion of the movement depend on the repeatabilty of the robot, taht is about 0,20 mm. The highest speed of the joint at T joint (end effector)= 4,19 radian/second , and the lowest spped of the joints at S, L and U joints, = 1,92 radian /second. Operation programing is very easy one, because of the programming pendant. Sometimes we want to analysis the joint power , a very easy one calculation by Lagrange Euler.
