- Potato Tuber Moth is an important pest of potato in the field and storage. In the field the PTM attacked leaves as well as tubers. A study on Granulosis Virus isolated from potato tuber moth population collected from Brastagi, Pengalengan and Wonosobo was done to investigate the pathogenicity by measuring the LC50 and LT50 value for the three virus isolates. The result showed that LC50 of Wonosobo isolate was 15.63 larvae equivalent, Pengalengan isolate and Brastagi isolate were respectively 14.89 and 18.49 larvae equivalents. The value of LT50 of Wonosobo, Pengalengan and Brastagi isolates were 5.83, 4.48 and 4.80 days, respectively. There is no significant difference between LC50 and LT50 for the three virus isolates at 95% level. This mean that GV isolated from three potato production centers possessed the same virulence against potato under moth.
