- ABSTRACT Disc electrophoretic data for general protein from young fully expanded leaves showed detectable differences among the eighteen coffea cultivars. The unique banding patterns revealed thoie cultivars could be arranged into three groups which illustrated their kinship, and moreover they could be used as an important and accurate genetic marker for coffea cultivars identification.
