- The aim of this research is to measure to what extend the influence of the Planning Institution capability and the information system of the local development planning organization in designing local development programs. The research takes place in the kabupaten (county) Daerah Tingkat II Deli Serdang in the province of North Surnalera. This location is the object of this research, with Bappeda (Agency for Regional Development) as the key position.
