  • Charismatic type of leadership does not everlasting at Darul 'Ulum Moslem boarding house, morever after the establishment of "secular" schools. This type of leadership undergoes depersonalization (Bendix terminology), when was left by the leader. The process of generational change to conceptualized by Weber with nickname of Charisma routinity. This thesis is not found in this research, except in the leadership periode of ICH. Ramli Minim In this periode the research lasted the case of charismatic leadership change did not bear charismatic leadership, instead of turn to collective leadership where the family's member who has the right as heir to occupy certain official (position) at Moslem Boarding house (Moslem traditional school). There is relationship pattern between leacher - student of Moslem traditional school and family relationship towards one's placing process on certain position at Moslem boarding house. Such mechanism recruitment tends to form concept of patron-client relationship between the teacher of Moslem traditional school and workers. In the periode of charismatic leadership, patron-client relation between teacher and workers of Moslem traditional school centered on a charismatic figure, but in collective leadership such relationship spreads on each figure occupying certain position at Moslem boarding house. Euenthough, there classification between teachers' figures because of popularity, decendence (generation), and position â�¢ of function (duty). Charismatic leadership type at a Moslem boarding house of Darul 'Ulum it appears patternalistic authoritarian figure, where teachers' influence who have charisma is so big and dominate all aspects of life of Moslem traditional school. Function and duty of position delegated to subordinate constitute the expandion of this power (teacher's Moslem power). In case there is innitiative from subordinate eventually had to be directed and waits for blessing of charismatic teacher's Moslem (collective leadership periode, patternalistic authoritarian figure remain exist and lodge on each figure of teacher' Moslem who hold leadership at Moslem boarding house.
