- The aim of this research is to establish the legal position of a child born by the process of 'in vitro fertilization", using (a) sperm and ovum of the couple transplanted afterwards into uterus of the wife, (b) donor sperm and ovum of the wife transplanted afterwards into her uterus, (c) sperm and ovum of the couple transplanted afterwards into the uterus of a surrogate mother, and (d) to know the position of that a child in the civil law. The conclusion of this research is that the legal position of a child born by the process of "in vitro fertilization.
