- Although many experimental and theoretical studies are available in the literature dealing with non-steady-state process, research on non-adiabatic flow reversal process over very high activity of catalyst has not been done yet. This paper describes an investigation in which attempt was made to study the behaviour of unsteady state wave phenomena under non-adiabatic conditions. The results show that temperature profiles and heat removal are very sensitive to changes on reactant concentration and flow rate.
