- Dementia have been a subject of widespread interest in the last decade,in the adult population is a major and growing medical and social problem. The main point of the definition is impairment of many cognitive functions, memory always present, progresses but occasionally threatable,changes in personality and affect, lack of occupational performance and or social interaction, many different causes. Three step thinking in differential diagnosis
