  • One of the efforts to help hospitals increase the quality of health services is the accreditation program. It is expected that by the accreditation process, most of the hospitals workers will be motivated to apply the standards of health services, so that the quality of health services will be increased and fulfill community expectations. In Indonesia hospital accreditation is conducted by the Hospital Committee since 1995. This research was carried out to study the relationship of employees' job satisfaction and perception of accreditation in the "Harapan Kita" Cardiac Hospital (HKCH), Jakarta. This information will be useful! for Ministry of Health to evaluate the accreditation program with regard to the fulfillment of the internal customers' expectations.
