- Background: Fenitrothion la an organophosphorus pesticide with middle Hazardous. The effect to human especially of muscularum systema need to evaluate. The aim of this paper: want to know the effect of fenitrothion to the sprayer workers. Material and methods: by the untreatead control group design with pre and post test to be taken 99 people of the people of the sprayer workers without neuropathy and examined blood ChE. Six month after sprayed be repeated those examined. Conclusion: Before and after sprayed there were significantly decrease of ChE and ENMG recorded of motoric and sensoric nerve conduction velocity. Positif correlation among ChE and ENMG recording.
