- ABSTRAK A Preliminary serological study was conducted on Salmonella pullorum antigen using 610 blood samples of which 170, 150, 190, 100 came from Mojosari Mojokerto, Blitar, and Ujungpandang South Sulawesi, respectively. This study was intended to find out the presence of naturally infected ducks with Salmonella puilorurn detected on serological raction. The results indicated that using plate agglutination test of the total of 610 samples none of them was serologically positive against Salmonella put - lorum antigen. This results sugested that there was no natural infection of Salmonella pullorum on duck in those areas. .
