- This research was carried out in Yogyakarta and its surroundings to analyze fare of ojek based on vehicle operating cost. Three types of motorcycles namely Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki that were normally used for ojek was investigated. The results of study show that based on the vehicle operating cost, the fare of ojek using Honda is the cheapest, following Yamaha and Suzuki. The last two types of motorcycles are almost the same at the vehicle operating cost. These figures may advise to operators when they negotiate the fare.
